Q: How do I receive my ticket?

A: Most of tickets we provided are e-ticket, will send it through email. Customers can show their tickets with QR code inside the email at the entrance of relative gate.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept Apple Pay, FPS, Payme and credit card payment. But please noted that we will charge the refund fees when refund is needed and paid by Credit cards or Apple Pay.

Q: I entered my credit card numbers, is it safe?

A: We use secured methods "SSL" to store information of customers. Credit cards information is only one time use and will not stored.

Q: Is registration mandatory in this site?

A: No. it isn't. But the tickets is sent through email, so we recommend double check of entered email address. Also, our email may appears in trash bin.
